Refund policy
1. Return Policy Strider Golf offers a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return, provided the returned item(s) meet the following conditions:

The item(s) must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached.

The item(s) must be in their original packaging.

The original receipt or order confirmation containing your order number must be included.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@stridergolf.com with your name and order number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Return Process Upon receiving your return request, we will:

Process your request within three (3) business days.

Provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
When returning your item(s):

Use the original mailing bag/box and securely seal it to ensure the safety of the item(s) during transit.

Retain tracking information from your chosen carrier as proof of return in case of non-delivery.
Note: Free returns are only available for orders shipped within the United States.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@stridergolf.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders).

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For questions about specific items, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Exchanges To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the unwanted item and placing a separate order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest service and availability of the desired item.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Do not remove hang tags or sewn tags. Items without sewn tags will not be eligible for refunds.

Merchandise items (e.g., stickers, pin badges, keyrings) must be unused and in their original packaging.

Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please double-check all personalization details before finalizing your purchase.

Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable unless the gift is damaged or faulty.
